River Island Outfit Idea

We all love buying expensive clothes from time to time and especially this Christmas maybe you might want to spoil yourself with a lovely outfit. I have put together an outfit from River island for under £160 ? maybe a bit expensive? but i really like it! River island unfortunately only deliver to Countries in the UK. So like me you can just buy it in the store or if your lucky get it on the website! Enjoy :)

Favourite Lush Products

I LOVE LUSH. Even though the prices are ridiculous I love the quality and the results you get afterwards. Now Im going to share with you some of my favourite ones...
1. Celestial moisturiser;
   I use this product every morning and night and I just love it! I have very dry skin and this moisturiser is very thick so if your skin is oily, dont use it! haha

I also love Lemony flutter, cuticle butter. Its really creamy and moisturising I put it on every night before I sleep. It smells like lemons, and i kind of citrus smell. I love this product.

I also really like there face exfoliate called angels on bare skin. It wipes out all the dirt in your skin and leaves it looking clean, soft and fresh. I unfortunately have none of this product left but I will definitely be buying more!

I'm not really someone to take many baths but when I was younger my mam used to always buy me this bath bomb, I used to love it!

My Favourite Nail Varnish Remover

My favourite nail varnish remover is a mixture of :

Tesco Nail polish remover,

        

                                                       and Cutex Nourishing Nail Polish Remover.          

  

I only use this amount ... ( I hope you can see, look close) 

I simply just pour it in :) It works great!

how to spot clean your brushes

Hi i'm nicola and this is my part of the blog, the girl who does the reviews is carla :) she doesn't even have the decency to tell you her name, haha only joking:) ANYWAY!! this is going to be a picture tutorial on how to 'spot' clean your brushes. spot cleaning your brushes is when you clean them 'on the spot', its the fast simple and great way to clean your brushes on the go or in between uses :) 

You will need

a brush cleanser. This is M.A.C's brush cleanser, obviously you dont have to use this one, Enkoremakeup(koren) off youtube has a video up on how to make your own, many other companies have brush cleansers, but I really like the M.A.C one :) It is €12

 A dirty brush or a brush you just wish to clean

 a face cloth/wash cloth 

 first put some of your brush cleanser on to your face cloth/wash cloth

 move your brush in circular motions or back and forward motions depending on the direction of the bristles, for this brush you would have to use back and forward motions 

where as with this brush you would go in circular motions

move to a dry area and move your brush around if any extra makeup comes off run it over the brush cleanser again, if not run it over the dry area and your done :) and you'll be able to use the same brush in about a minute or two :) hope this was helpful and I hope you enjoyed,

My Morning Facial Routine

Every morning these are the products I put on my face I first start by applying Clean Start Wash Off Cleanser. This product makes my skin really soft and looking really clean! It is targeted at teenagers with acne. I dont think I have extremely bad acne but it has certainly helped.

This product is available in Beauty Salons I dont think you can but it in chemists/drugstores. I first dampen my hands and take two pea size amounts and put it at the tips of my fingers. I then rub it between my fingers to lather it up! After that I rub it all over my face and wash it off with a square piece of cotton wool. After I have dryed my face I take Lush's Celestial moisturiser. It smells of almonds, fortunatley I love that smell! I absolutley love this moisturiser! I have very dry skin and the texture of this moisturiser is very creamy. After a few hours the moisturiser does still be on face keep it moisturised!

After this I but on concealer onto any places that I dont want to be seen! ha! I use rimmel hide the blemish concealer in ivory.

Then I put mascara on my top and lower lashes I use NYC Curling mascara. I really like this mascara I would definitley recomment it!

 

I then put Marks & Spencers lip butter on my lips!

Vaseline V's Lip Butter?

As we all know Vaseline is a major brand name and product in the world. It is an international product that is hugely popular in the majority of the countries. It can be used for many different things; but the main use for it is for your lips.

As you can see here this is the Vaseline Lip therapy collection. The brand has gotten so big! they have brought out new products such as; Vaseline lip therapy with Aloe Vera, Vaseline Lip therapy with rose and almond oil and only recently the Vaseline Lip therapy with s.p.f. 15 sun protection! 

Personally , I love Vaseline Lip Therapy products they give my lips a nice shine and if I ever have chapped lips, I just put some on and I'm cured! But recently I went to the shop/store called Mark & Spencer. I have always loved Marks & Spencer's Body products but I had never tried any of there makeup or lip products? When I saw them I immediately was amazed! So I picked up there product called Passion Fruit Lip Butter. When I went home I put it on my lips straight away. It instanley gave a shine to my lips! After 3 hours the lip butter was still on my lips but with Vaseline Lip Therapy I found after less then an hour it had been removed. The Lip butter is available in different scents my personal favourite is manderin. It a lovely citris smell and taste.

Overall, I prefare Marks & Spencers Lip Butter I prefare the texture and scent. But I would still highly recommend Vaseline as I would use this to unchap my lips instead of the lip butter:)
